This action is permanent and cannot be undone

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your NutriFit account, follow these steps in the mobile app:

Open the NutriFit app on your device

Navigate to Settings

Tap on Delete Account

Confirm your decision by checking the acknowledgment box

Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account

What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our system. This includes:

Your profile and personal information
All medical and health records
Nutrition profiles and measurements
Journal entries and wellness data
Prescriptions and diagnoses

Note: Your appointment slots will be anonymized but kept for clinic records to maintain healthcare provider compliance requirements.

Before you go

Consider the following before deleting your account:

  • Active subscriptions: If you have any active subscriptions, they will be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.
  • Upcoming appointments: Any scheduled appointments will be automatically cancelled.
  • Account recovery: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account to use NutriFit again.
