For clients: create your NutriFit account, see your meal plan and book an expert

NutriFit is the app your nutrition clinic uses to send you your meal plan, chat with you and take your bookings. It is free, works in Arabic and English, and takes two minutes to set up.

1. Install the app and create your account

Install NUTRIFIT from the App Store or Google Play.

The first time, the app shows three welcome screens. Tap Next and then Get Started. You can change the language from the top corner at any time. (If you tap Skip, you can browse nutritionists on the map without an account.)

On the sign-in screen tap Sign Up.

Fill in:

Full Name

Phone Number: choose your country code (+970, +972 or +962) and type your mobile number. Use the same number your clinic has for you.

Password (at least 6 characters) and Confirm Password

Tick I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and tap Register.

You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code. Type it on the Verify Phone Number screen and tap Verify. If it does not arrive, wait for the countdown and tap Resend Code.

You are in. The home screen greets you by name.

Forgot your password later? Tap Forgot Password?, enter your number, and the app texts you a code to set a new one.

2. Find your way around

The bar at the bottom has six icons:

House — Home: your appointments, today's meals, journal shortcut and clinics

Grid — Nutritionists: find and book an expert

Clock — History: your progress and past visits

Book — Journal: your daily notes

Speech bubble — Conversations: chat with your clinic

Gear — Settings: language, profile, account

Tap your photo on the home screen to open your profile. Edit Profile lets you add a photo, your name and your Date of Birth.

3. Connect with your clinic

Your clinic can only share your plan with you once you are connected. There are two ways.

Approve the clinic's request. When your clinic adds you using your phone number, a card appears on your home screen: Connection Request Received, with Requested by and the clinic name. Tap Review Request, read the clinic details, and tap Approve. You can also find all requests under Settings → Clinic Consent Requests. Approving lets that clinic and its nutritionists see your health profile and send you programs. You can Reject anything you do not recognize.

Book an appointment. Booking a nutritionist from the app connects you to their clinic automatically (see section 6).

4. See your meal plan

Once your nutritionist activates a program, the home screen shows a Today's Meals card with the number of meals today and a Next Meal banner. Tap it to open Meal Program:

The plan name, description and dates.

A week bar, Monday to Sunday. Tap a day.

For each meal: the time, the name, and your nutritionist's exact instructions.

If you see No Meal Program, your nutritionist has not activated a plan yet, or you are not connected to the clinic. Send them a message.

5. Keep a journal and chat with your clinic

Journal. From the home screen tap Write Journal, or open the Journal tab and tap +. Write how the day went, what was hard, how you felt, and tap Save. Your clinic can read your entries, which helps them adjust your plan at the next visit.

Chat. Open the Conversations tab. Tap the chat button, choose your clinic under Select a clinic, and type your message. You can attach a photo from your gallery or camera, for example a plate you are unsure about. Replies arrive as notifications on your phone.

6. Book an expert

Open the Nutritionists tab. Switch between the map and the list with the toggle at the top.

On the map, allow location access to see nutritionists near you. Tap a marker to see the expert.

In the list, type a name or specialty in the search box.

Each card shows the expert's name, specialty, distance, fee per session and an Available badge. Tap the card to read their About section, then tap Book Appointment (or Book Now on the card).

On the Book Appointment screen:

Check the Clinic and Provider at the top.

Under Select Time Slot, pick a month, a date and one of the Available Time Slots.

If the app asks for your Date of Birth, enter it once. The clinic needs it for your record.

Add Additional Notes for the provider if you like, for example "first visit, want to lose weight before summer".

Review the Booking Summary: provider, date, time and duration.

Tap Confirm Booking. You will see Appointment Booked Successfully! and an offer to Add to Calendar. Say yes if you want a phone reminder.

Your booking appears under Upcoming Appointments on the home screen. Tap it for the details, the clinic's location with Open in Maps, and a tap-to-call phone number. Some clinics confirm each booking first, so the status may change from Pending to Confirmed. You get a notification either way.

Need to cancel or move a visit? Message or call the clinic from the appointment details.

7. Track your progress

The History tab shows your Weight Progress, Muscle and Body Fat over time from the measurements your clinic records at each visit, and an Encounter Timeline of your visits with the clinic, provider and notes. The more visits you have, the clearer the trend.

8. Settings and privacy

Under Settings you can switch between العربية and English, review Clinic Consent Requests, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, Logout, or Delete Account. Deleting removes your profile, health records, nutrition data, journal and prescriptions permanently.

Quick answers

Do I need an email? No. Your phone number is your account.

Can two clinics see me? Only the clinics you approved or booked. Each keeps its own record.

The app says No Meal Program. Ask your nutritionist to set the program to Active, and check you approved their connection request.

I changed my phone number. Tell your clinic, so they can connect your new account.
